Involuntary Repossession
Our certified and licensed agents perform Self Help repossessions following all state required guidelines, and our staff keeps you fully informed throughout the process with detailed updates, any skip tracing information, and all post recovery requirements.
Voluntary Surrender
When the customer or third party wishes to surrender the collateral, our agent will schedule a time to secure the asset and have the customer sign a Voluntary Surrender Form when on site.
Cure / Resolutions
Our goal is to achieve a positive outcome. Our field agents will take appropriate actions during customer contact to help resolve the account to the client‘s satisfaction.
Door Knock / Field Visit
Our field agents can make in-person contact with the customer to encourage direct communication with the client to help re-establish contact.
One Stop Impounds
Our office staff will establish contact with the faility to verify what is needed for the bailout of the asset, then our field agent will visit the facility as requested, bringing payment and documents to secure the unit.
Condition Report & Pictures
Our field agent will go on site with the asset to obtain the required pictures and condition report to ensure the client‘s peace of mind of the unit‘s condition prior to recovery.
